Put your hands in the air because we really do care!

Hi everyone!

We are ramping up to the reopening of the Beauty industry yet again and hopefully this will be us for the foreseeable. I know that some people are climbing the walls and can’t wait to leave the house but there are also people who will still be very cautious and will think twice about visiting certain businesses until they are seen to be doing what they can to ensure their premises is safe. I want Sacha’s to be one of those places for our clients and for my staff.

I just wanted to write a little blog post about our professional dust and virus unit that I purchased before opening in Aug 2020. I had read and listened to everything I could to be able to open as safely as possible.
I came across a company called Ravair that came highly recommended by industry professionals and had to see for myself. After some great customer service and provided information, I decided to go for it even though it was a massive expense for my small business.

This unit is the only professional unit that will remove dust, fine hair, pollen and moisture droplets. Sensors detect moisture, fine dust and particulates in the air which turns the unit up and down automatically and removes them. The unit uses a triple action glass Hepa Filter to EU Standard EN 1822-1 which exceeds all required legislation and Activated Carbon Filters. The Unit is also fitted with Flexzorb Activated Carbon Filter Material in it to increase virus protection. Also great for asthma or hay fever sufferer's which is great for me because as some of you know, I’m usually a sneezy nightmare in the salon during most seasons. I can honestly say that I was sneezing almost never in the salon last year!

The current virus is now scientifically proven to be airborne and either on dust or on moisture droplets that can last up to 8 hours. This unit will help protect our salon against airborne virus.

SO! I know thats quite a bit of info but for me, it was really important to let those of you visiting us know that we are doing everything we can to keep us all safe. As well as this unit, we will still all be wearing masks plus a visor when doing treatments. We will still be asking everyone that visits us to wear their face coverings too.

We cannot wait to open our doors and welcome you all back in. Take care & thanks for reading, I hope it helped :)
